Shipping & Returns Policy

We ship all our items via a tracked service. If you’re purchasing a product above £50.00, we highly recommend choosing the Royal Mail Special Delivery option so that your product is insured correctly during transit. We are not responsible if it is lost during transit. We aim to send your the same day if you order before 1:30PM.

We also offer a collection/delivery service within the Southampton area. Most items can be collected from our. shop the same day of purchase. Most items can also be delivered on Wednesday’s depending how local you are to us and our schedule. If you have any queries don’t hesitate to contact us.

Every item we sell is supplied with 12 months warranty. Our warranty does NOT include accidental or user damage such as cracking your screen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive any issues.

Our return policy is 14 days. The item must be in the same condition for the return to be accepted. Once the device or item has been checked over, we will then refund the item’s value.
