If you’re not local to us, then don’t worry, we’re still able to repair your phone. Once we’ve provided you with a quote for phone repair, all you need to do is send your phone to us. We then repair it immediately, and return it via Royal Mail. All deliveries are insured and tracked, ensuring that no harm is likely to come to your device. We keep you informed throughout the process, and text updates are provided regularly.
Every repair that we carry out comes with 60 days warranty as standard.
Our warranty covers the parts we use. For example, if we repair a screen on your device and the display is unfortunately faulty, this is covered under our warranty and we replace it free of charge. However, accidental damage is not covered.
If you are outside the warranty period and have an issue we are more than happy to investigate free of charge to diagnose the issue.
