If you’re not local to us, then don’t worry, we’re still able to repair your phone. Once we’ve provided you with a quote for phone repair, all you need to do is send your phone to us. We then repair it immediately, and return it via Royal Mail. All deliveries are insured and tracked, ensuring that no harm is likely to come to your device. We keep you informed throughout the process, and text updates are provided regularly.

How Does Our Mail-In Work?

Send us a direct message to request an initial quote for your repair. We do not charge to diagnose a device if your are unsure of the fault either.

Once you are happy with the quote and you have spoken to us, simply send the device to us via our prepaid postage label (provided by us) which is insured and tracked. Alternatively, send us your device via your preferred courier and we will discount this from the total repair cost.

This is where we step in! Once we receive your device, it will be repaired by one of our technicians the same day we receive it. If there is any change to the initial quote, we will re-quote you first before we proceed. In most cases, there is rarely a change of price as we diagnose in step one accurately. We will then repair your device(s).

Finally, after we receive payment, the device is shipped back to you via an insured and tracked delivery service to ensure the repaired device is protected from all angles. A receipt is also sent via email which includes your proof of 12 months warranty! P.s we can accept Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer as payment.
