Mail-In Repairs

If you’re not local to us, then don’t worry, we’re still able to repair your device. Once we’ve provided you with a quote for your repair, all you need to do is send your device to our shop. We will then repair it immediately, and return it via an insured delivery service. All deliveries are tracked, ensuring that no harm to come to your device. We keep you informed throughout the process, and provide SMS & email updates regularly.

How Does Our Mail-In Service Work?

1. Request an initial quote for your repair by using our online quotation system. We do not charge to diagnose a device if you are unsure of the fault.

2. Simply send the device to our shop via a tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery which is insured and tracked for unto £750.00 (you can request more). Remember to include your details: full name, email, contact number & ticket ID (if you have been assigned one).

We charge a flat return postage fee of £7.50.

3. This is where we step in! Once we receive your device, it will be repaired by one of our technicians the same day we receive it. If there is any change to the initial quote, we will re-quote you first before we proceed. In most cases, there is rarely a change of price as we diagnose in step one accurately. We will then repair your device(s).

4. After we receive payment, the device is shipped back to you via an insured and tracked delivery service to ensure the repaired device is protected from all angles. A receipt is also sent via email which includes your proof of your warranty!

We can accept Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer and our monthly interest free options as payment.
